Product designer building things that matter

About

I'm a product designer who's spent the last decade working on complex systems at scale — from reinventing how millions of people shop for groceries, to designing safety-critical interfaces for delivery vehicle fleets.

I lead projects from idea through execution. I run research, facilitate charrettes, partner with engineering and data science teams, and ship features that move business metrics. The work I've led generates billions of dollars in annual revenue, but what I care most about is making things simple and useful for the people who depend on them.

Before tech, I spent 6 years in agencies working with brands like American Express, The North Face, Caribou Coffee, and Cannondale. I've taught at Miami Ad School and mentored designers at every company I've been at.

How I Work

Research-led

Every project starts with understanding users. I run interviews, facilitate charrettes, and use data to validate assumptions before committing to solutions.

Collaborative

I use design charrettes and working sessions to break through skepticism, build alignment across teams, and create shared ownership of the solution.

Systems thinking

I design platforms and frameworks, not just screens. The goal is always a system that scales, adapts, and stays coherent as it grows.

Ship & learn

I believe in getting work into the world, measuring what matters, and iterating with real data. Earn or learn — either outcome moves you forward.

Teaching

I taught for 2 years at Miami Ad School and have mentored designers at every stage of their career — from college students at Target to L4 designers on my teams. I believe design leadership means growing the people around you, not just shipping good work.
